What we collect, and why
Browsing data. Like every website, our servers automatically record some technical information on each visit: IP address, browser and device type, date and time, the page requested. This keeps the site running, protects it from attacks and abuse, and helps us diagnose faults.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in the security and proper functioning of the service.
Retention: technical logs are kept for a limited period, then deleted.
Data you send us. If you email or call us, we process what you tell us: your name, your contact details and the content of your message. We use it only to reply and, if work follows, to carry it out.
Legal basis: responding to your request and pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Retention: as long as needed to handle the request and, if a professional relationship begins, for the periods required by law.

- Railway — the server hosting the site, with data located in Europe (Amsterdam)
- Cloudflare — the network protecting the site and speeding it up
- Google (Workspace) — the email service we reply to you with
- Cloudflare R2 — backups, on infrastructure under European jurisdiction
Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where data leaves the European Union, the transfer relies on the safeguards provided by the GDPR: standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and, where applicable, adherence to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Data may also be disclosed to judicial or law-enforcement authorities where required by law.
Your rights
At any time you may ask us to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict its processing, receive it in a machine-readable format, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest.
To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]. We reply within one month.
If you believe the processing of your data breaches the Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Bouncy. a physical and design space where different kinds of experience meet as equals in building an idea around a shared goal: a practice that works and sustains itself, surrounded and supported by professionals who share the same vision and the same wish to contribute, even in part, to the project.

Teaching is one more experience: chosen, necessary, shared. Classrooms as places where languages and habits change before they ever reach the projects. What comes out of that goes back into the classroom and into the daily work.
Different generations, in age and in background, share the studio by deliberate choice. Every year people new to the profession choose the Bouncy. space. Staying or moving on are both possible outcomes, and count the same in the exchange of experience.
